Change and turn

1. Warranty obligations do not apply to consumable spare parts and materials (oils, filters, technical fluids, auto cosmetics, lamps, candles, electronic components, fuses, etc.). This type of product is checked for its integrity and performance at the time of receipt. For electrical Goods, the warranty does not apply and is limited to the fact of operability at the time of installation.

2. A product that has visual defects (due to the production or storage process) can be replaced with a similar one, or its full cost will be refunded.

3. If a different type of product is subject to return due to its defect, and it has already been installed on the car, you need to file a claim by providing the following documents: Please note that your claim may be denied in case of self-installation of spare parts.

4. The seller does not bear warranty obligations if:

normal and natural wear of the part for a certain period of operation;
damage to the part as a result of an accident, its illiterate installation or careless operation, or any other mechanical damage;
malfunction of spare parts of the fuel system or exhaust system due to the use of a fuel class, engine oil not specified by the vehicle manufacturer or other technically incompatible / non-specified parts;
damage (in particular to suspension and steering parts) resulting from careless driving on uneven roads or due to significant defects in the road surface;
installation of the part by the client independently or at a service station that does not have a certificate for this type of work;

5. Return for other reasons is possible if the product is in full working order and provided that it has not been installed on the car. Such goods can be returned by you or replaced within 14 days for the following reasons:

manager's mistake when selecting goods;
discrepancies in technical documentation;
warehouse error when selecting your goods;
manufacturer's defect.

6. Return of goods is carried out by prior agreement. The Seller does not travel to the Buyer when returning the goods.

7. Requirements for the returned product:

the goods are accepted for return only in the original packaging in which it was released to the client, regardless of the reason for the return;
the packaging must not contain any inscriptions and / or be damaged.

8. The warranty period for goods not specified in clause 1 is at least 30 calendar days or more, depending on the type of goods.

9. Return conditions in cases where the goods are returned unreasonably (with the exception of defects):
if no more than 14 days have passed since the sale, the goods can be accepted from the buyer with a refund of 100% of the cost of the part;

certificate and conclusion of the service station on the installation of this product on the client's car and its unsuitability;
a copy of the work order of the car service where the goods were installed on the car;
a copy of the license of this service to carry out work on the installation of this product and maintenance of this type of vehicle;
a copy of the certificate of conformity for the provision of services provided by the service;
a document confirming the purchase of the Goods from the Seller.

Purchase returns

1. Return and exchange of goods of good quality

You can refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving it - within 7 days. Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation (integrity of packaging, seals, labels), consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (sales receipt or cash receipt) are preserved. An identity document is also required to return the goods. When returning goods of good quality, autoklad.ua will return its cost no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods and your written application, however, within the specified period, we have the right to conduct an examination of the goods in order to determine its quality and safety of consumer properties. According to the law of Ukraine, the examination can take from 30 to 60 days.

You have the right to exchange goods of good quality for a similar one within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, not counting the day of purchase, if the goods did not suit you in terms of consumer properties (does not correspond to the declared parameters, is not suitable for your car), or configuration. Goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties, are not subject to exchange if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the buyer acquiring it. If at the time of your request for the exchange of goods, a similar product is not available for sale by autoklad.ua, you can refuse the product and demand a refund of its cost. Attention! In case of refusal of the goods, if it is part of the set, the return can only be made as a complete set.

2. Claims for goods of inadequate quality A product of inadequate quality means a product that is defective and cannot ensure the fulfillment of its functional qualities. The product received must match the description on the website. A slight difference in design elements, design, color, material of manufacture from those declared on the site is not a confirmation of a malfunction or non-functionality of the goods. The appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the recipient at the time of receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, you put your signature on the sales receipt and / or delivery receipt, in the column: “The order was accepted, the completeness was complete, delivery services were provided, I have no complaints about the quantity and appearance of the goods. I am familiar with the terms of the return of the goods. After receiving the order, claims for external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted. If you were given a product of inadequate quality, and it was not agreed in advance by the seller, you have the right to use the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. Due to the peculiarities of the remote method of sale, the replacement of goods can only be carried out by returning the goods of inadequate quality and placing a new order for a similar product.

You have the right to refuse to fulfill the contract of sale, return the goods of inadequate quality and demand the return of the amount of money paid for the goods. Any of the above requirements must be submitted by you in writing by filling out an application

3. The procedure for returning goods To return the goods, as well as in case of making claims about the quality of the goods, it is necessary to fulfill the following necessary conditions for returning the goods: in the technical documentation (technical passport or a document replacing it). The goods must not have mechanical defects In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, in addition to the documents listed above, it is necessary to provide: for reasons that have arisen up to this point. In relation to the goods for which the warranty period is established, the seller is responsible for the defects of the goods, unless he proves that they arose after the transfer of the goods to the buyer as a result of the buyer's violation of the rules for the use, storage or transportation of the goods, the actions of third parties or force majeure.

The seller is obliged to accept the goods of inadequate quality from the buyer and, if necessary, to check the quality of the goods. The seller is obliged to conduct an inspection within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days. If the goods were produced outside of Ukraine, the verification may take up to 60 days. After the inspection, a warranty repair of goods with defects that have arisen through the fault of the manufacturer can be carried out. If it is impossible to carry out repairs, then upon presentation of an expert opinion within the time limits established by law, we will replace the product with a factory defect with a product of good quality, or refund money within 10 days from the date of presentation of such a request. 4. Conditions for the return of funds

4.1 The return of unused funds by the client occurs only after:

a) received from the client a completed application for a refund
b) providing a copy of an identity document

4.2 Refunds for the goods returned by the client are carried out only after:

a) fulfillment of all necessary conditions for the return of goods (see clause 3. Procedure for returning goods)
b) filling out an application for a refund (see clause 4.1 a))
c) providing a copy of an identity document

When returning goods of good quality, autoklad.ua will return its cost no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods and your written application. Refunds are made in the manner in which the payment for the Goods was made - by postal / bank transfer to the details specified by the Buyer in the application for a refund, or in cash. Refunds are made only on the basis of a written application for a refund indicating the full name and only upon presentation of an identity document.
